This Dual Grater has two ultra-sharp stainless graters in one compact tool. Use one side to finely grate nuts and citrus and the other side for hard cheeses and chocolate. The textured handle provides a secure grip. Once you are done, slide the grater into the base for compact and safe storage. Fine blade grates: hard cheese, chocolate, coconut, ginger, garlic, carrot and peppers. Extra fine blade grates: citrus, nuts, spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon, ginger, garlic, peppers and hard cheese.
