Silverwood Silver Anodised Tarte Tatin
Silverwood bakeware is made from an anodised aluminium alloy which is an extremely efficient heat conductor resulting in even heat distribution during baking and reduced cooking times. For caramelising fruit on hob-top before baking. The wide lip enables easy turning out of the cooked tarte. Fantastic results on any hob except induction.
