Simply soak the Römertopf (pronounced 'Romertof') in water then place it in a cold oven. Increase the heat gradually to the desired cooking temperature. Vitamins, minerals and aromatic elements are completely retained.
Suitable for 2-3 people with an approximate capacity of 1.5kg. Please note that these units are very fragile until they have been used a few times so delivery costs also include extra packaging.
