The guarantee offers all European Union customers reassurance that the products we sell are made to a reasonable standard and will be fit for their particular purpose.
You are offered protection against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, providing they are used in accordance with instructions.
Copies of the actual product guarantee and instructions are available on request.
If you have a problem with one of our products, just let us know via our web message system and we will offer assistance.
Any product found to be defective, under the terms of its guarantee, will be repaired, replaced or credited.
Guarantees that extend beyond two years may require product registration with the manufacturer and maybe subject to different terms.
Our product guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
