Pancake and ham roll with pineapple and processed cheese
Ingredients

- 140g flour
- 250ml milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper from the mill
- 8 slices pineapple from a tin cut into small pieces
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 8 slices processed cheese
- butter for pancakes
- bean shoots for garnish
Preparation
Stir the milk and the egg together well with the whisk, add the flour and work into a smooth mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill. Allow to rest covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.Heat up a coated frying pan, and melt a little butter in it. Fry 8 pancakes one after the other.
Lay the pancakes on a clean work surface, place one slice of ham on each, spread the pineapple on them and roll them into rolls. Place the pancake rolls on the baking tray, and cover with processed cheese. Heat in a 80°C oven until the cheese has melted, and then immediately arrange on a plate. Garnish with the shoots.
