Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 'no-worry, no-quibble' 14 day money back guarantee on most purchases. This allows you ample time to inspect the goods and check their suitability, just as you would in our shop but in the comfort of your own home!
If the goods have already been despatched by us, we ask that you return the goods, unused, complete with the original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. We may offer a discretionary refund of up to 50% of goods value on returned items that do not meet this criteria.
If you wish to cancel your order or return any goods you must inform Returns Notification via the Messages option on our web site. We will respond to any requests promptly letting you know what the procedure is depending on the nature of the return.
Please note that you are responsible for all return carrier costs in the event of a cancellation. This includes returning the goods due to damage or fault for refund if our offer of free replacement is declined. If goods need to be returned, Royal Mail is the preferred method. We do not operate a Home Collection service, but you are free to make your own arrangements at your own expense.
Please notify us promptly (within 3 days) if goods do not arrive within the timescale stated at checkout.
Please notify within 24 hours of receipt, any shortages or if any goods have been damaged in transit. Photographic evidence maybe required. Claims beyond 3 days will not be considered, however, goods maybe returned under our 14 money back guarantee.
Non-collection from depot, non-acceptance of goods and goods returned due to poor addressing will be deemed cancellations. Return postage charges will be be deducted from refunds at same rate as the original outbound delivery in the case of Royal Mail or original outbound delivery (5.50GBP for free delivery) plus any additional costs imposed by the courier, currently approx 12.50GBP with Interlink but may vary. Couriers return the goods to us after 4 days, so your prompt attention is required.
If partial refund makes total sale less than the carriage free amount, an appropriate carriage charge will be applied.
Please note that for breakages of low cost glass items such as glass jars, jam jars etc. refunds will be given along with a pro-rata refund of the outbound delivery costs. Replacements will not be sent. This is a condition of sale.
Non-EEA (International) Customers: Please note that all carriage and customs duties are non-refundable. Please ensure you select a service with suitable insurance if you want cover for transit damage or loss.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
