Manufacturer’s Guarantees
Many of the products that we sell are supported by a manufacturer’s guarantee. The duration of the guarantee is displayed in the product description.
Generally, these guarantees are given by the manufacturer to offer you reassurance that their products are manufactured to a high standard. You are normally offered protection against faults developing as a result of defects in the manufacturing process (workmanship or materials), providing that you have used the product in accordance with the instructions supplied. A full copy of the actual guarantee is available directly from the manufacturer, on request.
Contrary to popular belief, these guarantees do not cover defects occurring due to general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect etc.
In addition to our 14 day money back guarantee we administer guarantee claims during the first six months after your purchase from us. We will repair, replace or if we cannot resolve, refund any product that develops a fault during this period. Providing the claim is valid, we will reimburse agreed carriage costs and return the goods to you, free of charge.
To make a claim under the manufacturer's guarantee, you will need to return the item to our shop together with your purchase receipt. You will first need to agree the return with us using our message system, then you can send the goods to us. We will deal with any returns promptly, however some items may need to be inspected by the manufacturer’s representative.
This service is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
