Cast Iron hob griddle that is reversible with plain and ribbed cooking surfaces. The ribbed side drains away fat for healthy eating. Please note picture shows the griddle with its protective shipment coating. This griddle needs to be rubbed down prior to use and then seasoned in an oven to build a non stick coating. It is common for there to be scratches and marks on the protective coating, this does not impair the performance of this product. Suitable for all hobs, but may scratch a ceramic.
