A very sturdy polished stainless steel 9ltr preserving pan. The base is 5mm thick to ensure even heat distribution without hotspots. Large hinged handle and smaller fixed helper handle as well as a pouring lip. This is the lastest improved version where the internal surface has etched graduation marks for easy measuring. Suitable for all hobs including induction.
