Overview
Double-walled and thermally insulated Durotherm keeps food hot up to two hours. Foods baste as they cook with the insulated lid returning moisture to the center of the pot. The double-walled design captures and retains heat during and after cooking. The Clip-on, heat retaining, serving base allows smart presentation right on the dinner table. An elegant presence at your table, mirror-finished stainless steel is beautiful as well as practical. Flavour, vitamins and colour are sealed in. Heat-efficient core distributes heat evenly so food won't burn or stick, even without added fat.
