Overview

The ultimate in quick and easy cooking. A domed lid with unique multi-valve which vents oxygen automatically before sealing in the flavour and vitamins. The valve is self regulating, less steam escapes, so food is cooked gently in one third the normal cooking time. Made from 18/10 Stainless steel.Duromatic information here.

Notes

This model has a large pressure control marked with highly visible red lines so you can see at a glance whether the correct pressure has been reached. Just turn the knob to indicators for slow or quick release of steam. No need to hold down the valve by hand. A stainless steel trivet is also included to raise contents. Height measurement excludes lid.
