Coat the inside of the egg poacher with a little oil and crack your egg into the EggShell. Float the egg poacher in boiling water for 4-6 minutes in any saucepan. Then, just pop out your perfectly poached and perfectly shaped egg. One yellow and one white egg poacher supplied.
