Many uses and is ideal for melting chocolate, heating milk, defrosting food, or thickening sauces. The food is cooked at aprox 96c. 1.7 litre capacity and inner capacity markings. Made from high quality stainless steel and comes with an impressive range of safety features too - including a cool touch ergonomic handle, water level safety indicator and a flared non-drip pouring lid. Cleverly designed to be placed directly onto all types of hob - including induction.
